We recognised that a lot of people simply didn’t understand the foreign exchange market, and were therefore unable to take advantage of it. We wanted to change this. So, we set out to demystify all of the jargon surrounding currency exchange and make the process as simple as possible for our customers.

As part of the VFX Financial Plc group, we cater to both personal and business clients and we also provide a suite of advanced tools for those who want to take their transactions further.

Richard Collis

Managing Director
Richard is the Managing Director of Easy FX as well as the Chief Financial Officer of VFX Financial PLC. He is a Chartered Accountant with a background prior to EasyFX in strategy consultancy and M&A.

He previously worked at both PwC & HMT as an award-winning corporate finance adviser to private businesses and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising.

Richard is a member of the ICAEW and holds a Bachelor of Science from Southampton Business School.

Henry is the Chief Executive Officer of VFX Financial plc. With over 10 years’ experience working in fast-growing companies, Henry previously served as COO at Alpha FX Group plc, a foreign exchange and payment service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”).

Having led Alpha’s IPO aged 24 years old, he was one of the youngest directors on the LSE and a key member of the leadership team that delivered investor returns of 350%+ in less than 3 years.

Henry holds a first-class honours in Management with Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (“CISI”).

Kelly Eason

Kelly has worked in financial services since 1994, starting his career on the London LIFFE trading floor. He transitioned into the deliverable foreign exchange market in 2007 and has worked for several of the world's largest foreign exchange providers since. Kelly specialises in the Spanish property market and has contributed to the growth of many companies' divisions in that region. He is an absolute expert in the private client space, known for his attention to detail, belief in high levels of service, reliability, and ultimate professionalism. All those attributes are delivered with a smile on his face, making him a firm favorite with customers. Kelly is married to the wonderful Grace and is a keen sportsman and full-time taxi driver for his two children.

Dean embarked on his career in 2007, specialising in international property financing as a mortgage broker in Dubai. He furthered his expertise at Lloyds TSB International, assisting clients in securing property finances across ten countries worldwide. With over 15 years of international business experience spanning the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, Dean possesses a profound understanding of international property acquisitions.

In 2013, Dean transitioned to foreign exchange as Partnership Manager in Business Development at the Smart Currency Exchange group, focusing on high-net-worth clients in real estate. He's known for his passion for connecting with people, expanding the group's offerings to include risk management solutions and guidance on international property purchases through property events and guides. His commitment to delivering value and excellent customer service is unwavering.

James Underhay

James began his career in the FX markets in the early 2000s at HiFX, now XE.com. His warm but knowledgeable approach and expertise quickly helped him become one of the go-to private client transaction specialists in the industry. He has gone on to help thousands of customers achieve their dream of owning a property overseas, as well as assisting companies with their foreign currency exposures. Having joined SATFX in 2019 to bolster the management team and help grow the company, the firm was acquired in 2022, and he now heads up the Private Client division at EasyFX, overseeing the client base and ensuring no stone is left unturned in the quest for customer service excellence.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her teenage children, reinforcing the importance of patience and perseverance in her personal life, qualities that also serve her exceptionally well in her professional life.

Liam started his marketing journey at BMW, where he served as the Digital Marketing Executive before transitioning to Stellantis (formerly PSA Finance) and later to 3S Money, where he drove impressive growth as the Growth Manager, catalysing its transformation from a startup to a thriving scale-up.

Liam now leads EasyFX's digital marketing efforts, ensuring that their services are readily accessible to a global audience.
